Specification checks before dispatch and documentation on arrival, so a rejection is caught at our end rather than yours.
A rejection at your gate costs more than the goods. It costs the line that was waiting, the re-order, the freight both ways, and the time someone spends arguing about whose fault it was.
So the checking happens before dispatch. Goods are verified against the specification that was actually agreed — not against a general idea of what was ordered — and the paperwork travels with them.
Where something is wrong, it is our problem to resolve with the supplier. You should hear about it as a delay we are already fixing, not as a delivery you have to refuse.

How we run it
- 01 The specification is confirmed in writing when the order is placed.
- 02 Goods are checked against it before they leave the supplier.
- 03 Documentation is assembled and travels with the consignment.
- 04 Anything failing the check is held and raised with the supplier immediately.
- 05 You are told about a problem while we are fixing it, not after it arrives.
Questions we get asked
What happens if something still arrives wrong?
We take it back and resolve it with the supplier. You should not be the one chasing a replacement for goods you never specified wrongly.
Can you supply test certificates?
Where the category has them, yes. Tell us what your audit or compliance process requires and we will make sure it comes with the consignment.
Do you inspect every consignment?
The depth of checking is agreed by category. High-risk and made-to-order items get more attention than standard replenishment stock.
