Before you ask
How fast is a quote?
Usually the same working day. Capex items with long lead times can take two to three days, and we tell you that when we acknowledge the enquiry.
Is there a minimum order?
It varies by item and is shown on every product page. Where MOQ is a problem, tell us — sometimes we can consolidate with another order.
Do you supply outside these categories?
Often, yes. If it is an industrial or facility purchase, ask. If we cannot source it well, we will say so rather than take the order.
Can you match an approved brand?
Yes. Tell us what is on your approved list and we will quote against it, or explain clearly where an alternative would serve you better.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes. Freight is quoted against your delivery PIN code, so the landed cost is clear up front.
What are the payment terms?
Agreed per account. Tell us what your process needs and we will work to it where we can.
