OPEX & Consumables Supply

Repeat consumables on a schedule you set — stationery, housekeeping, packaging, MRO. Predictable replenishment instead of a monthly scramble.

Consumables are rarely a sourcing problem. They are an attention problem. Someone notices the gloves are low, raises an urgent order, pays whatever it costs that week, and the cycle repeats next month.

We take the repeat items onto a schedule you set. Agreed pricing, agreed quantities, agreed delivery dates — so the order stops being something anyone has to remember.

Because the volume is predictable, it can be consolidated across categories on one purchase order rather than one per supplier. That is where both the saving and the administrative relief come from.

What's included

  • Repeat schedule agreed around your actual usage
  • Pricing held for the agreed period
  • Stationery, housekeeping, pantry, packaging and MRO on one order
  • One purchase order and one invoice trail across categories
  • Usage reviewed periodically, not left to drift
  • Ad-hoc items quoted alongside the standing order

How we run it

  1. 01 We review what you are buying today, how often, and what it is costing.
  2. 02 A standing list is agreed, with quantities and a replenishment cycle that matches real usage.
  3. 03 Pricing is fixed for the agreed period so budgets hold.
  4. 04 Deliveries run to the schedule. You raise an order only when something changes.
  5. 05 We review usage with you and adjust, rather than letting the schedule go stale.

Questions we get asked

What if our usage changes?

Tell us and we adjust the schedule. Reviewing usage is part of the arrangement, not an extra — a standing order nobody revisits is how stock ends up sitting in a corner.

Can we still order outside the schedule?

Yes. One-off items are quoted the same way and can go out with the next scheduled delivery, which usually saves the freight.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No contract term is required to start. Most clients begin with one category on a rolling basis and extend it once the deliveries have proved themselves.
